30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request an eligible return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it. Where applicable, the item must be unused, unopened, complete, and in its original packaging.

You will also need your order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase.

Because we sell trading cards, collectibles, sealed products, and related merchandise, products that have been opened, used, altered, tampered with, or made unsuitable for resale may not be eligible for return, except where required by applicable law.

Do not send an item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Trading Cards and Collectibles

Many products sold by Hobby Box NY are collectible products whose contents may be randomized by the manufacturer.

We cannot guarantee a specific card, rarity, insert, autograph, variation, pull, or other randomized product content unless explicitly stated in the product listing.

Opening a sealed collectible product generally makes it ineligible for a discretionary return because it can no longer be sold in its original sealed condition, except where the product is defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges.

The quickest way to obtain another product is generally to request a return for the eligible item and, after the return is approved, place a separate order for the desired product.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

We will provide the appropriate return instructions after approving your return request.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
